Product Return Policy
The following terms and conditions and product return policies or products that apply to the PopIt Snack® site
- Return no more than 30 days after you received the product (valid for COD and non COD terminals via Cargo).
- Reason for return and condition of goods. See the table below and the explanation terminology.
- Product return does not apply to goods with special marks.
- If you use a voucher at the time of purchase, the voucher value is not refundable.
- PopIt Snack® reserves the right to refuse acceptance of return of the product if it does not meet the terms and conditions set out above or described on this page.

Please note that it takes us approximately 14 business days to process refunds and store credits that will be automatically added to your account once the product is received back in our warehouse. Or a maximum of 30 business days until the funds go into the customer’s bank account.
Delivery of Goods Policy
PopIt Snack® Manager on authorized market place accounts and the official websites PopIt Snack® uses third party shipping services to deliver user-purchased order and / or customer purchases. User and / or customer understand and agree that:
- Users and / or customers are required to provide a clear and accurate delivery address.
- The delivery address is not the Post Box (P.O Box).
- Users and / or customers are required to ensure that anyone is entrusted to receive an order item.
- Delivery timing is the responsibility of the Shipping Service Provider, PT. Mandiri Tunggal Sejahtera Berkarya and Manager of the PopIt Snack® website on authorized market place accounts and the official website PopIt Snack® is exempt from any claims for losses suffered by users and / or customers due to late submission.
If the user and / or customer is not satisfied or change their mind about the product ordered.
If the user and / or customer is not satisfied with the purchase for any reason other than damage, defects, or processing errors arising from the factory, we will process the return of the product to the user and / or customer without restocking fees*, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The request for product return is made up to 30 business days after the product is received by the user and / or customer, and / or when the product is received by the user and / or customer for the COD transaction.
- The product must be in original condition and primed. Our team will analyze first to certify that the product is eligible to be returned.
- A 100% refund in cash can be made if the user and / or customer order has not been shipped / out of the warehouse. It can take about 30 business days until the funds go into the user’s and / or customer’s bank account.
- An 80% refund in cash can be made if user and / or customer messages have been delivered / logged out of the special warehouse for COD transactions.
- 100% refunds in the form of store credit can be made if the user and / or customer orders the order cancellation or return of the product when the product has reached the shipping address up to a maximum of 14 days after the product is received by the COD user and / or non COD customer.
We try to present stock data as accurately as possible, but we can not guarantee 100% that the data listed on our site is accurate. There is a possibility that the goods on the site called “ready stock” but in fact the stock is up. If the user and / or customer orders the goods and the goods are empty, then our Team will do this:
- Contacting users and / or customers within 3 (three) business days as of the receipt of our payment and providing 2 alternatives:
- Alternative A: offers a replacement product similar to the goods ordered.

- If Alternative B is endorsed by users and / or customers, our Team will need a maximum of 30 working days until funds are logged into the user’s and / or customer’s bank account (additional proposals in accordance with applicable terms).
- Our team will carry out any alternatives selected by users and / or customers.
Legal refund requirements:
- Proof of purchase (order number, purchase invoice, other)
- Bank details in Refund Form if payment is made through Bank Transfer / Cash on Delivery.
- Include Print Return Form (or write Return Authorization Code – your RETURN code) in each return package.
- Include a copy of the Detail Checklist that includes the Quality Control Team.
Unauthorized refund requirements::
- User and / or customer cancels unilaterally, whether the payment is “being verify” or the payment is declare “completed“.
- Payment is declared and indicated fraud / money laundry by authorized officials / financial institutions that have collaborated with popitsnack.com / Republic of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) / Bank Indonesia.
Ways to Return Products To Us (Warehouse)
Option 1: Downloading, Filling, Scanning, and Submitting a Return Form:
- Repack the product with its original box or pack (also include all tags and copies of the files it contains).
- You can request a pickup service or resend the product to Warehouse PopIt Snack® with your preferred freight delivery / courier service.
- All loads on the delivery service / courier cargo from your place to Warehouse PopIt Snack® is a responsibility of the user and / or customer.
- After the product you returned we receive, We will process the redemption and ship the new product. You will also receive a notification when the request is received and when the item is shipped.
- Request Return Form is only valid for the same product.
Option 2: Via Customer Services
- You can also make a request exchange through our Customer Service but make sure it reaches our Warehouse PopIt Snack® maximum within 10 days of the request being made. If it passes from that time, your request can not be fulfilled.
- Timeliness of delivery is the responsibility of the user and / or customer, PT.
